It looks painful and it probably was but Chris Sugden, our Commercial manager, ran a very commendable 43mins and 40 seconds in the Sheffield 10k on Sunday 26th September. The Durham-Duplex team of 6 runners came a creditable 3rd in the team race and raised £700 for Weston Park Hospital in the process. The team consisted of previous runners from 2019 Chris Sugden, Phil Nowak and Jono Burns with Nathan Benham, Joe Sergent and Laura Stainburn running their first 10k. Well done all of you!
