Durham Duplex enjoyed 6 days exhibiting at IFFA in Frankfurt 3 – 8 May 2025. IFFA is the world’s leading trade fair for innovations in process technology for meat and alternative proteins. At its core is the sustainable nutrition of a growing world population with healthy proteins. New plant-based and hybrid products, innovative fermentation processes and the future topic of cultivated meat are changing our entire nutrition system. This is where IFFA showed the current trends and solutions. All process steps were represented: from production, processing and packaging to innovative ingredients and nutrition trends at the point of sale. All this played into Durham-Duplex’s scope as a manufacturer and machine knife specialist as everything is still cut and packaged to get it to the consumer. In the current environment, where global trade is being shaken up by US tariffs, this means that European manufacturer businesses requiring the security of supply have found it in Durham-Duplex’s offering.
With manufacturing in UK and a large stock holding in Belgium Durham-Duplex showed visitors that they are the perfect partner for all European and UK food processors.
